Ordering information & privacy
From artwork to your signs
Choose your signs, upload artwork or use our designer, and submit your cart for review. The shop confirms print suitability, finishing, availability, tax, and delivery charges before issuing a proof and final total.
Review every printed face, spelling, size, quantity, and the final total on your private order page. Request changes before approving. After approval, pay through the secure QuickBooks invoice. Production release requires current proof approval, verified full payment, and a checked production file.
For artwork or order changes after approval, contact the shop promptly. Changes, cancellations, and delivery dates require confirmation from the shop. Avoid making event plans around an unconfirmed production or shipping estimate.
Sizes, artwork & prices
Sizes are width × height in inches. Signs are 4 mm white Coroplast with matte UV printing. Choose one or two printed sides, optional H-stakes, and optional grommets. Grommet placement is confirmed during review.
Retail prices displayed for 18 × 24 and 24 × 18 signs use the quantity within each cart group. Other sizes require a quote. Full-sheet orders bill every slot in each started sheet; stakes are charged for actual signs ordered. Layout previews estimate fit on a 48 × 96 sheet and do not include final cutting allowances.
Use PNG, JPG, WebP, or artwork made in our designer. Keep each file under 20 MB and each group’s combined artwork under 40 MB. Designer previews use browser fonts; the shop prepares and checks the final print file. Submit only artwork you have permission to reproduce.
Your information & files
Digi Yard Signs is operated by Digi Printing & Cutting in San Antonio, Texas. We collect the contact, delivery, order details, and artwork you submit to review and fulfill your order and contact you about it.
Customer accounts use email confirmation and a password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Account and reset links expire after one hour. Saved sign groups belong to the signed-in customer; account order history uses the verified email address. Resetting a password signs out earlier customer sessions.
Cart artwork, order records, proofs, and production files are stored privately on our hosting account. A browser session cookie keeps your cart separate from other visitors. Keep your private order link confidential: anyone holding it can view your order and respond to its proof.
Approved, paid orders and their checked production files are sent to our Production Hub for fulfillment. QuickBooks handles invoice payments; this site does not collect card details. The storefront loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver those files.
Order emails cover submission, proofs, and invoices. Production and shipping updates come from our Production Hub. For access, corrections, privacy questions, or help with your files, email orders@digiprintingshop.com.
